Our mobile coffee cart for events is fully equipped and self-contained, so setup is easy on your end. We need about 6 × 6 feet of space and access to power (standard 120v outlets). We provide all the supplies and everything else needed for service.

Our actual setup time takes about 30 minutes but we always arrive an hour earlier unless agreed upon otherwise.

Yes absolutely! Our event coffee service is designed to fit anywhere, indoors or outdoors.

We are able to accommodate last minute coffee service for events (even just a day in advance) but to ensure availability booking a few weeks or months in advance is recommended.

Of course! It’s your event and we want to make it as personal as we can. Whether it’s adding a floral arrangement to our cart, a custom sign, or any other decoration. If you want to take it even further we offer custom cart wraps, custom cups, custom latte toppers, and more! Share your vision and we will make it happen.

Yes, we frequently provide outdoor coffee catering for events in Los Angeles, Orange County, San Diego, and beyond. Our mobile coffee bar setup is weather-aware and flexible, making it ideal for rooftop parties, garden weddings, outdoor activations, and more.

We bring all our own supplies including water and extension cords. We do need access to power but if it is not available we can provide a generator for an extra fee.

Yes, a deposit is required to confirm your booking. This allows us to hold your date and begin customizing your coffee catering service. The remaining balance is typically due closer to the event date.

We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within our availability. Our cancellation policy is outlined in your quote and depends on how close to the event the changes occur.
