A multi-cultural coffee cart experience with Cognizant at Joyride Pizza in Yerba Buena Gardens

For this event our client wanted to do something different. Instead of a standard coffee bar they wanted to have something that includes drinks inspired by different cultures. We were able to come up with a custom menu that included 4 coffee recipes inspired by different countries. The menu included:

Irish Coffee - Made with whiskey, espresso, syrup , and topped with cream

Cuban Cortadito - A small coffee made with a double shot of espresso, mixed with brown sugar, and finished off with equal parts milk

Spanish Cafe Bon Bon - An espresso shot floated over condensed milk

Mexican Mocha - A latte with our house made mocha syrup and a touch of cinnamon and cayenne pepper.

On top of the four cultural coffees we also made sure to include an offering of two different coffee origins so guests can choose which beans their drink was made with! The cart and cups were branded with a Cognizant logo to make sure it all ties in perfectly with the rest of the space and shows off the company to their guests! As always we make sure to put our clients needs first and ensure that everyone’s experience is top notch.
