These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the catering services provided by Coram Deo Coffee Roasters LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking and Payment

   • A deposit of 50% is required to secure the booking.

   • Full payment must be made 7 days after the event.

   • Cancellations made 14 days after booking the event are non-refundable.

   • Changes are subject to availability and are not guaranteed

   • The client acknowledges that the provided guest count is accurate. Any changes to the guest count must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges.

2. Event / Power Requirements

   • A dedicated 15amp circuit is required for each espresso machine

   • Power outlets must be within 50 feet of setup location

   • We will not be held responsible for damage or delays caused by electrical or power issues, including inadequate power supply or outages.

   • Client is responsible for obtaining any permits if necessary

3. Liability / Damages

   • We are not responsible for venue-related restrictions, power outages, or unforeseen circumstances affecting service.

   • The client is responsible for any damages caused by guests to our equipment or setup.

4. Force Majeure

   • We are not liable for cancellations due to natural disasters, extreme weather, or other events beyond our control.

   • If service cannot be provided due to unforeseen circumstances, or needs to be canceled to no fault of client we will offer a reschedule or refund.

5. Health and Safety

   • Our staff follows strict health and safety regulations.

   • We are not liable for allergic reactions unless prior notice was given about dietary restrictions.
